H βιτρίνα και το ράφι. Του Ηλία Καραβόλια. Το παπούτσι και το ρούχο καλούν ξανά από την βιτρίνα. Και η αλήθεια είναι ότι αν δεν αγοραστούν, αν δεν αδειάσουν λίγο και τα ράφια, το επόμενο επίδομα θα είναι κάτω από 534 ευρώ. Η απ-ενοχοποίηση της κατανάλωσης στο ασυνείδητο είναι αναγκαία. Χωρίς τζίρους, η χώρα θα φάει τα σωθικά της και τα λουκέτα θα είναι αμέτρητα. Kαι κανείς δεν μπορεί να βάλει το πιστόλι στο κεφάλι όσων έχουν λεφτά να αγοράσουν τα κλειστά μαγαζιά. Αυτή η εντολή δεν προβλέπεται στο υπερχρεωμένο οικονομικό σύστημα. Ξέρω το λογικό ερώτημα όλων : που να βρεθούν λεφτά για να ψωνίσουμε ; Αυτά δεν φθάνουν όση αναστολή και αν έχει δοθεί σε οφειλές και ανελαστικές δαπάνες. Στις ΗΠΑ ο τρελο-Τραμπ έστειλε 2,500 δολάρια σε κάθε πολίτη. Και τώρα ξαναστέλνουν πάλι. Ακριβώς γιατί βλέπουν τον πολίτη ως καταναλωτή, ως αιμοδότη της οικονομίας.
Δεν ψωνίζεις άρα δεν θα ζήσεις, είναι το θεώρημα του αμερικανικού καπιταλισμού( καταναλώνω άρα υπάρχω) φυσικά συνδυασμένο με τον κοινωνικό δαρβινισμό και την μανία για αστείρευτο κέρδος. Ξέρουν όμως ότι αν χρειαστεί, όπως πριν δεκαετίες προτάθηκε απο τον Keynes, το Κράτος πρέπει να προσλαμβάνει έναν εργάτη για να ανοίγει μια τρύπα και ένα άλλο εργάτη για να την κλείνει. Μόνο έτσι θα πέσουν δυο μισθοί στην αγορά. Και με τον ένα θα αγοραστεί το παπούτσι και με τον άλλο το ρούχο.
Και έτσι θα κερδίσει το μαγαζί, θα εισπράξει και το Κράτος. Επειδή όμως σηκώνονται ρολά την Δευτέρα, φρονώ οτι στην Ελλάδα των 534 ευρώ, η αγοραστική δύναμη θα είναι καθηλωμένη και οι τζίροι αναιμικοί. Η αβεβαιότητα θα αναβάλλει εκ νέου δαπάνες έστω και αν υπάρχει απωθημένο για shopping therapy από τα lockdown.
Πρέπει να αρχίσει ταυτόχρονα η τόνωση και της προσφοράς και της ζήτησης. Δύσκολος συντονισμός. Τα μακροοικονομικά αυτόματα δεν λειτουργούν όταν έχεις πρωτοφανή καθήλωση παραγωγής και ισχνή επιδοματική αποχή απασχόλησης. Ειδικά για εμάς, που κάπου μέσα στα γονίδια μας κυκλοφορεί αιώνες τώρα μια ασυνείδητη μηχανική εμπλοκή : αυτή της ατέρμονης οφειλής και της νοητικής συσχέτισης της με την προσδοκία της μελλοντικής παραγωγής.
Κάπου ενώνουμε στους νευρώνες μας, εργασία- εισόδημα- περιουσία- χρέος-θάνατο( στα γονίδια των Γερμανών η προτεσταντική ηθική του χρέους και η θυσία, υποτίθεται ξορκίζει το κακό. Αμφισβητήσιμο κατ’ εμέ ως αξίωμα, αλλά είναι άλλη συζήτηση). Καταλήγω : δεν χωράνε μακροοικονομικές θεωρίες αυτή την περίοδο. Ούτε ευχολόγια για επενδύσεις που έρχονται( με πηχαίους τίτλους και διθυραμβικά σχόλια περί 5G εποχής και ….cloud economy).
Kαι ας σοβαρευτούμε με τα δήθεν πολλά δις που έρχονται από την ΕΕ. Σαφέστατα δεν χρειάζεται πεσιμισμός και κατάθλιψη, ούτε και αποχή απο το κυνήγι της επιβίωσης και του κέρδους. Αν όμως το παπούτσι και το ρούχο παραμείνουν για καιρό στην βιτρίνα, ακολουθεί το λουκέτο. Και πολλά λουκέτα μαζί, σημαίνουν ανεργία και χρεωμένοι εργοδότες. Δηλαδή, η βάση για χαμηλούς μισθούς και εισοδήματα. Πως αυτό, με τις τράπεζες να μην δανείζουν, θα προσπεραστεί για να γίνει η περίφημη Μεγάλη Επανεκκίνηση, με τον περίφημο ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό, το ψάχνει η επιστήμη στα ενδότερα του μυστικιστικού καπιταλισμού….
