Με κλειστά εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά ο πολίτης του δυτικού κόσμου νιώθει στερημένος/κενός (σημ: και όχι μόνο ο Έλληνας που ανέκαθεν θεωρούσε ότι φαγητό, μαγαζί και οικοδομή είναι ατμομηχανή της οικονομίας του.) Δεν καταναλώνει-άρα δεν υπάρχει ο δυτικός άνθρωπος.Και επειδή επιδοτείται και να μην παράγει, όπως παρήγαγε μέχρι πριν απο έναν χρόνο τουλάχιστον, αναρωτιέται πως θα διατηρηθεί αυτό το παράδοξο και πρωτοφανές ισοζύγιο χωρίς όλο αυτό να αποβεί εις βάρος του μεσομακροπρόθεσμα.
Ειδικά τώρα που φαίνεται να επαναπροσδιορίζονται τα χρονοδιαγράμματα αποδοτικότητας των δύσκολων μαζικών εμβολιασμών. Κανονικά όμως η είδηση που έπρεπε να μας απασχολεί είναι η επίσπευση των μηχανισμών για την κυκλοφορία του ψηφιακού ευρώ απο την ΕΚΤ και μάλιστα με προοπτική αποθεματικού νομίσματος !(σημ: ιδανικός τρόπος απομόχλευσης, αναδιάρθρωσης χρεών και κυκλοφορίας νέας ποσότητας χρήματος, με απλές ψηφιακές εγγραφές χρεο-πίστωσης λογαριασμών).
Όμως ας μην βιαζόμαστε γι αυτές τις αναλύσεις. Άλλωστε κουράζουν, έχουν πολλή θεωρία και πολλές προβολές στο συλλογικό φαντασιακό. Ας συμφωνήσουμε οτι διανοητική μήτρα-και όχι ασυνείδητη – του άγχους μας σήμερα είναι η αβεβαιότητα για το αύριο. Καθένας και καθεμιά ανησυχεί για το πώς θα επιβιώσει αν, όποτε λήξει το μαρτύριο, θα κλείσει το γραφείο του ή η εταιρεία που εργάζεται, και όταν κάποτε τελειώσουν τα πενιχρά κρατικά επιδόματα. Γιατί δεν γεννάει πλέον τόσο φόβο ο ίδιος ο κορονοιός και η πανδημία. Η θανατοστατιστική εκλογίκευσε τους κινδύνους αφού σχεδόν εθιστήκαμε στους καθημερινούς αριθμούς της νέας αρρώστιας. Η ριζική πλέον εστία φόβου για τις ζωές μας πηγάζει απο το απροσδιόριστο τέλος αυτής της ιδιότυπης ομηρίας στην οποία βρισκόμαστε. Είμαστε ήδη σε έναν ολόκληρο χρόνο μισής ζωής.Και ένα μέρος της κοινωνίας φλερτάρει ανοιχτά με την άρνηση της πραγματικότητας.
Με την κατάθλιψη να εγκαθίσταται ως αφανής μέτοχος του βίου. Αυτονόητα και χιλιοειπωμένα θα πεί κάποιος. Ξεκινάω με αυτά γιατί φρονώ ότι προηγούνται της όποιας ανάλυσης του οικονομικού σκηνικού. Και γιατί απαιτείται μια μικροφυσική επεξεργασία του επικίνδυνου εθισμού των υποκειμένων στην υπο-παραγωγή και υπο-κατανάλωση. Και μπορεί μεν οι μεγάλοι οικονομολόγοι να μας μίλησαν για κρίσεις υπερπαραγωγής και υπερσυσσώρευσης, για υφέσεις και έκτακτα σοκ προσφοράς/ζήτησης, αλλά εδώ έχουμε ένα δίδυμο φαινόμενο που επιταχύνεται πέρα απο τις θεωρητικές βάσεις της ιστορικής πραγματικότητας : έχουμε επιδοτούμενη φθίνουσα παραγωγή και ταυτόχρονη φυσικά φθίνουσα κατανάλωση. Πολλοί μάλιστα, έστω και δειλά, μιλάνε για πρόβα τζενεράλε ενός καθολικού εγγυημένου κατώτατου εισοδήματος. Αλλά όπως γνωρίζουν οι συνάδελφοι αυτό το συνεχές επιδοτούμενο καθοδικό σπιράλ είναι διαφορετικό φαινόμενο απο την περίφημη πχ. κρίση υποκατανάλωσης της μαρξικής θεωρίας ή τις απλές συνέπειες μιας περιοδικής ύφεσης με βάση τις νεοκλασικές παραδοχές.
Σήμερα επιδοτούμαστε να απέχουμε μερικώς, σαν κοινωνίες, από την προσφορά υπηρεσιών και την παραγωγή αγαθών. Και ταυτόχρονα έχουμε περιορίσει (λόγω κλειστού εμπορίου) τις καταναλωτικές μας δαπάνες (πλην του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου που ανθεί όσο ποτέ άλλοτε και επιταχύνει τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό της πραγματικής οικονομίας). Η πανδημία στην ουσία ”στρεβλώνει” θεωρίες, αξιώματα, δημιουργεί αποκλίσεις νοημάτων και σταθερών, κωδικοποιεί ρήτρες και παραδοχές σε άλλο πλαίσιο. Με απλά λόγια: αρχίσαμε πλέον σχεδόν όλοι να αναρωτιόμαστε πόσο αντέχουν οι υπερχρεωμένες κοινωνίες παντού στον κόσμο ( κράτη, νοικοκυριά, επιχειρήσεις) να ζούν με αποζημιώσεις ειδικού σκοπού και επιστρεπτέες προκαταβολές. Και πόσο αντέχουμε να ζούμε άεργοι με οριακό επιδοτούμενο εισόδημα γνωρίζοντας ότι είμαστε οι πιθανοί άνεργοι της επερχόμενης πιθανής μόνιμης αναστολής εργασιών (λουκέτα) σε πολλές εταιρείες, σε γραφεία και επαγγέλματα ίσως.
Καθένας και καθεμια σκέφτεται μέχρι πότε άραγε θα αντέχει χωρίς να παράγει. Και πως θα διαχειριστεί τα χρέη που με κρατική βούλα μετακυλίονται στο μέλλον. Εδώ χρειάζεται να επιστρατεύσουμε την ψυχολογία αφού η λογική της μαζικής απώθησης και της αναστολής των οφειλών βρίσκει τείχος στον φόβο της πιθανής έλλειψης εισοδημάτων, του μειωμένου τζίρου, του πετσοκομμένου μισθού, της χαμηλότερης σύνταξης, της ανεργίας. Ακόμα και οι επενδύσεις- που ενδεχομένως να σχεδιάζονται από διάφορους κεφαλαιούχους – λογικά θα προεξοφλούν πολύ χαμηλά περιθώρια κέρδους στο άμεσο μέλλον αφού η αγοραστική δύναμη και το γενικότερο downsizing μειώνει τις προσδοκώμενες αποδόσεις.
Εν κατακλείδι: ο κορονοιός έγινε η αιτία να κοπεί νέο χρήμα, να μοιραστεί σε νοικοκυριά και επιχειρήσεις, να αρχίσει η αναχρηματοδότηση και αναδιάρθρωση χρεών σε δημόσιο/τραπεζικό/ιδιωτικό τομέα. Όλα σε ένα περιβάλλον, απο καιρό τώρα, μηδενικών επιτοκίων και πληθωρισμού, σχετικά ασφαλές για την νομισματική κυκλοφορία. Άραγε όμως ποιο ιδεατό ψηφιακό νόμισμα -όπως αυτό που θεσμοθετεί η ΕΚΤ- θα μπορέσει να μετατρέψει σε ψηφία τον πραγματικό μισθό, τις δόσεις των χρεών και τις αγορές των αγαθών μας; Και πια ιδανική ψηφιακή εκδοχή χρήματος θα μετακομίσει στις οθόνες μας τις πραγματικές ανάγκες; Ποιο ειδυλλιακό ψηφιακό νομισματικό σκηνικό θα αντικαταστήσει την παραγωγή, την εργασία, την κατανάλωση και την ζωή μας την ίδια; ”Kάνε click να δούμε αν πληρωθήκαμε και κάνε το transfer να πληρώσεις τους λογαριασμούς”. Άραγε δουλεύοντας μονίμως απο τον σπίτι και τον καναπέ, έτσι χωρίς γραφείο, χωρίς μαγαζί και χωρίς επίσκεψη στην τράπεζα και στην εφορία ;
