Ένα από τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά αυτής της Περιφερειακής Αρχής, είναι ότι δεν κρύφτηκε ποτέ από

Δεν αναζητούσαν την αντιπαράθεση. Δεν την άντεχαν.
Δεν αναζητούσαν την επίσημη τεκμηρίωση των ισχυρισμών τους, που προσδίδει ένα Περιφερειακό
Συμβούλιο. Δεν τους ενδιέφερε.
Οι υπεκφυγές, σίγουρα, δεν αρμόζουν σε κρίσιμα ζητήματα.
