Αρθρο του Σταμάτη Καβάδα
ΘΕΡΑΠΕΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ “ΕΞΑΦΑΝΙΣΗ” ΤΩΝ ΠΑΡΑΛΙΩΝ. Μια τέτοια κατασκευή θα μπορούσε
πλέον να αλλάξει-διορθώσει τον δείκτη της ανάπτυξης στην περιοχή μας που μάλλον
σύντομα θα αναφέρεται ως «ΑΦΑΝΤΟΥ ΩΡΑ ΜΗΔΕΝ».
Εδώ και 30 έτη ακούμε τις μαγικές λέξεις: «ΑΞΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ – ΕΠΕΝΔΥΣΗ» που θα
φέρουν ανάπτυξη. Μετά από “σκληρή”, “προσεχτική” και ομαδική εργασία ΟΛΩΝ των
«αρμοδίων» κατορθώθηκε το ακατόρθωτο: Να έχουμε μία παραθαλάσσια περιοχή
πολλών χιλιομέτρων, “ χωρίς παραλία”.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι το παραλιακό μέτωπο μήκους 4χλμ Φαληρακίου «φιλοξενεί»
40.000 επισκέπτες (με αρκετά ελεύθερα τμήματα) ,ενώ το τμήμα του 1 χλμ στα Κολύμπια,
15.000. Δηλαδή σε μήκος 5 χιλιομέτρων φιλοξενούν οι όμορες παραλίες 55.000 επισκέπτες.
Τα 6 km, για τα οποία παραχωρήθηκαν στους επενδυτές η παραλία Αφάντου για ποιους
και πόσους επισκέπτες υπολογίστηκε?
Παραχωρήθηκε λοιπόν(?) ΟΛΟ το βόρειο (Γκολφ με παραλιακό μέτωπο 4 χλμ ) και
νότιο τμήμα της περιοχής (Φωνή της Αμερικής – 2 χλμ) αφήνοντας για τους πολίτες-
επισκέπτες της ευρύτερης περιοχής, υποχρεωτικά, μόνο την εκβολή του ποταμού(40
μέτρα), στο μέρος που σήμερα κολυμπούν οι αξιαγάπητες πάπιες. Μήπως θα έπρεπε να
αφήσουν κάτι ακόμα και για μας…ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΥΤΟ ΠΟΥ ΜΑΣ ΑΞΙΖΕΙ;
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι κατά την απαλλοτρίωση και την χρήση των ακινήτων, η
πρόσβαση στον παραλιακό δρόμο και στην παραλία δεν είχε καταργηθεί.
Στο όνομα της Ανάπτυξης, λοιπόν…ΔΟΘΗΚΑΝ ΟΛΑ…Αντιστρέφοντας ακόμη και το:
“φύκια για μεταξωτές κορδέλες” σε “μεταξωτές κορδέλες για φύκια”. Όσο αφορά τα
«ειδικά» προνόμια που παραχωρήθηκαν δεν είναι ώρα να αναφερθούμε…
ΤΩΝ ΦΡΟΝΙΜΩΝ ΤΑ ΠΑΙΔΙΑ ΠΡΙΝ ΠΕΙΝΑΣΟΥΝ ΜΑΓΕΙΡΕΥΟΥΝ
Κάποιοι “λογαριάζουν χωρίς τον ξενοδόχο”, δηλώνοντας ότι θα δημιουργήσουν
πεζοδρόμια, ποδηλατοδρόμια σε ιδιόκτητες (?) πλέον εκτάσεις. Τοποθετούνται δημόσια,
ότι με τις διατάξεις του Νόμου Τρίτση προβλέπεται «ανά 300 μέτρα πρόσβαση στην
παραλία (με τις γνωστές ακλείδωτες-κλειστές πόρτες ) !!!». ΔΗΛΑΔΗ 6000/300=20
ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΕΙΣ !!!.ΠΟΥ θα είναι ?????????. Τίποτα από τα ανωτέρω δεν ισχύουν διότι για τα
ακίνητα του ΥΠΕΡΤΑΜΕΙΟΥ ισχύει ειδική νομοθεσία. ΤΑ ΠΥΡΑ ΕΝΑΙ ΑΣΦΑΙΡΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΣΤΟΧΑ…
Κατανοούμε την προσπάθεια αυτή αλλά αναρωτιόμαστε : ΠΟΥ ΗΤΑΝ-ΠΟΥ ΕΙΝΑΙ οι
υπόλοιποι τροχοί της άμαξας (?!). Όταν γίνει κάτι καλό (έστω τυχαία –πολλές φορές τα
αυτονόητα) τρέχουν οι πάντες χεράκι- χεράκι ή σπρώχνοντας ο ένας τον άλλον για να
πάρουν τα εύσημα… στην αντίθετη περίπτωση… μην είδατε τον Παναή! ΑΦΑΝΤΟΙ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ
ΑΦΑΝΤΟΥ.
Αναγκαζόμαστε λοιπόν να πάρουμε θέση ως ενεργοί Πολίτες, αφού ουδείς
αρμόδιος-αναρμόδιος ενδιαφέρεται αληθινά (ούτε καν να μας ενημερώσει ως οφείλει).
Δηλώνουμε το παρόν με τις μικρές μας δυνάμεις. ΝΑΙ στις επενδύσεις…αλλά ΜΑΖΙ
ΜΕ ΤΑ ΑΦΑΝΤΟΥ .
Στην δική μας θέση ποιος θα έρθει? Με ελάχιστες- ελεγχόμενες προσβάσεις στην
παραλία, χωρίς ένα σημαντικό ελεύθερο κομμάτι. Για τις μελλοντικές ανάγκες –της δική μας
ανάπτυξης?. ΑΥΤΑ ΠΟΥ ΜΕ ΣΥΧΝΕΣ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΨΕΙΣ ΜΑΣ ΣΤΑ ΚΕΝΤΡΑ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΕΩΝ, ΤΟΝΙΖΑΜΕ
ΚΑΙ ΔΙΕΚΔΙΚΟΥΣΑΜΕ στην θητεία μας (2003 – 2006) πριν τους διαγωνισμούς και μάλιστα με
θετική ανταπόκριση από αυτά των προτάσεών μας. ΦΥΛΑΓΕ ΤΑ ΡΟΥΧΑ ΣΟΥ ΝΑ ΕΧΕΙΣ ΤΑ
ΜΙΣΑ.
ΤΩΡΑ…. Μέρος αυτών (ως παράκληση όμως) θα καταθέσουμε (και σήμερα), με τη
διαφορά ότι ο αποδέκτης θα είναι οι «επενδυτές», αφού η ευαισθησία και η θετική
εξέλιξη των πραγμάτων επίκεινται πλέον στην δική τους «αρμοδιότητα» και φυσικά στην
καλή τους συνειδητή βούληση.
ΚΑΤΑΝΟΟΥΜΕ – πολλά χιλιόμετρα παραλίας, περισσότερες πολυτελείς κατοικίες
μπροστά στο κύμα και φυσικά “κλείσιμο” και ΟΡΘΑ ελεγχόμενες οι 5 υφιστάμενες
προβλεπόμενες προσβάσεις προς ΕΣΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΕΣΑΣ.
Μήπως τελικά γίνουμε ΦΑΒΕΛΕΣ.?
ΟΙ ΠΡΟΤΑΣΕΙΣ-ΑΠΟΨΕΙΣ ΜΑΣ
ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΒΟΡΕΙΟ τμήμα… από τα 4.000 μέτρα μέτωπο παραλίας που έχει στη διάθεση
πλέον, με την καλή διάθεση και πρόθεση του επενδυτή (με κάποιο μαγικό τρόπο και ραβδί
– όπως έγινε στο παρελθόν και ξεπεράστηκαν τα περισσότερα προβλήματα) να
παραχωρηθεί στον λαό ένα κομμάτι γης τουλάχιστον 600 μέτρων παραλιακού μετώπου.
Αυτό δεν επηρεάζει καθόλου τα σχέδια (έχοντας και διάφορες δυσκολίες), αλλά είναι
χρήσιμο για τους πολίτες, τουλάχιστον ως το κόκαλο από το φιλέτο. ΓΙΑ ΕΜΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΣΑΣ
Αναφερόμαστε στο τμήμα αυτό που ξεκινά από τα όρια του ποταμού Πελέμονη (
ιρλανδική διάβαση ) μέχρι το ρέμα Πλατύ ( 2η καντίνα). Στο τμήμα αυτό μέρος του οποίου
μας είχε παραχωρηθεί και για την κατασκευή του Αθλητικού Κέντρου ( ΤΩΡΑ ΑΝΗΚΕΙ ΣΤΟΥΣ
ΕΠΕΝΔΥΤΕΣ ), θα μπορεί να υλοποιηθεί το περιβόητο αυτό κέντρο που ετοιμάσαμε (σχετική
απόφαση 42/2005 Δ.Σ Αφάντου). Δυστυχώς ΓΙΑ ΛΙΓΟ δεν προλάβαμε τότε να το
υλοποιήσουμε. Φτάσαμε στο σημείο να διεκδικούμε αυτά που ήδη είχαμε.
ΚΑΙ κάτι που μπορεί να κάνουν ΕΣΤΩ ΚΑΙ ΤΩΡΑ Δήμος – Περιφέρεια – πολιτεία :
Χρηματοδότηση και ΜΙΑ ΝΕΑ ΕΥΡΥΧΩΡΗ ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΗ ΠΑΡΑΛΛΗΛΑ ΜΕ ΤΑ ΟΡΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΓΚΟΛΦ
– ΡΕΜΑ ΠΛΑΤΥ, από την 2 η καντίνα έως την κεντρική είσοδο του Αφάντου(με νέο κυκλικό
κόμβο). Ενώνοντας έτσι το παραλιακό μέτωπο και με τον οικισμό φέρνοντας μέρος της
ΑΝΑΠΤΥΞΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΕ ΕΜΑΣ κλπ. Ένα εύκολο και χρήσιμο έργο, ΓΙΑ ΟΛΟΥΣ.
Και κάποιες απορίες… π.χ. που θα βρίσκεται η κεντρική είσοδος του ακινήτου και ποιο το «
όνομα αυτού…»? ΟΥΤΕ ΜΙΑ ΔΕΣΜΕΥΣΗ…!
ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΝΟΤΙΟ τμήμα… Ο ιδανικός σχεδιασμός θα ήταν η δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στον
οικισμό Κολυμπίων μέσω της παραλιακής οδού. Σε αυτή την ενέργεια στοχεύσαμε ως
Δημοτική Αρχή και για αυτό τον σκοπό δημιουργήσαμε το υπάρχον πεζοδρόμιο-
ποδηλατόδρομο. ΕΥΤΥΧΩΣ, γιατί σήμερα δεν θα γινόταν ούτε αυτό. «ΜΕ ΚΑΜΜΙΑ
ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΣΗ».
Συγχρόνως διεκδικούσαμε (και για τα παιδιά μας) το τμήμα γαιών (ΦΩΝΗ Της
Αμερικής) για τη δημιουργία γηπέδων-πολιτιστικού κέντρου-πάρκου-επέκταση πεζόδρομου
κλπ , αναστέλλοντας με ΔΙΚΑΣΤΙΚΑ μέσα ακόμα και προκήρυξη διαγωνισμού εκποίησης του
ακινήτου .ΕΙΜΑΣΤΑΝ ΑΝΤΙΘΕΤΟΙ ΣΤΟ ΝΑ ΔΟΘΕΙ ΣΕ ΙΔΙΩΤΗ ΤΟ ΣΥΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΟ ΤΜΗΜΑ.
Δυστυχώς στη προσπάθεια αυτή ούτε εδώ δεν υπήρξε συνέχεια .Θυσιάστηκε και αυτό το
σημαντικό τμήμα για εμάς στον ΒΩΜΟ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΚΗΣ ΤΟΥΣ ΑΝΑΠΤΥΞΗΣ.
ΦΤΑΝΕΙ Η ΚΑΡΑΜΕΛΑ για θέσεις εργασίας- γεμίσαμε- ξεχείλωσε.
