Την εκδήλωση άνοιξε και συντόνισε ο Εντεταλμένος Περιφερειακός Σύμβουλος
Διεθνών & Ευρωπαϊκών Σχέσεων της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης κ. Γεώργιος Αλεξάκης, ο
οποίος αναφέρθηκε στο μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον που επέδειξαν τόσο φορείς όσο και
παραγωγοί για την αξιοποίηση του ΝΑΥΣ, κατά τη διάρκεια των συναντήσεων που
προηγήθηκαν σε Λάρνακα και Λήμνο με θέμα την προώθηση των τοπικών προϊόντων
στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα της κρουαζιέρας στα λιμάνια της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου.
Συγκεκριμένα, από επαφές που έγιναν με τοπικούς παραγωγούς και εταιρείες
κρουαζιέρας, διαπιστώθηκε ότι η πράξη ΝΑΥΣ έχει την αποδοχή τους και μπορεί να
πετύχει το σκοπό της, να προωθηθούν δηλαδή τα τοπικά προϊόντα και να συνδυαστούν
με τις ιδιαιτερότητες του κάθε τόπου για τη διαμόρφωση της κρουαζιέρας σε εμπειρία
βιωματικού και γαστρονομικού τουρισμού. Δήλωσε ακόμη ότι η πλατφόρμα ΝΑΥΣ, που
παρέχει ήδη δωρεάν πρόσβαση, αποτελεί ένα καινοτόμο εργαλείο προς την κατεύθυνση
αυτή καθώς διορθώνεται και βελτιώνεται διαρκώς, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις απόψεις
των χρηστών με απώτερο στόχο την ανάπτυξη των διεπαφών μεταξύ των
Παραγωγών/Προμηθευτών και των Εταιρειών Κρουαζιέρας.
Στη συνέχεια, τον λόγο έλαβε ο Εντεταλμένος Περιφερειακός Σύμβουλος
Ευρωπαϊκών Προγραμμάτων & Δια Βίου Μάθησης της Περιφέρειας Νοτίου Αιγαίου κ.
Χρήστος Μπάρδος, ο οποίος δήλωσε ότι: «Όλοι δουλέψαμε πολύ καθώς πρόκειται για
ένα νέο καινοτόμο project. Σκοπεύουμε να γεμίσει η πλατφόρμα με τοπικά προϊόντα και
να γίνει η διασύνδεση με τις Εταιρείες. Στην πλατφόρμα βέβαια πρέπει να υπάρχει ο
τόπος που θα προμηθεύονται τα προϊόντα, ίσως ένα link για το που θα παραλαμβάνουν
οι ταξιδιώτες τις παραγγελίες. Επίσης, σημαντικό είναι ένα πιστοποιημένο σήμα ΝΑΥΣ».
Ακολούθησε ευρεία συζήτηση και ανταλλαγή απόψεων με πολλά ερωτήματα για την
προώθηση του όλου εγχειρήματος της Πράξης ΝΑΥΣ αλλά και πολλές προτάσεις για την
ανάδειξη των τοπικών προϊόντων των νησιών μας μέσω της κρουαζιέρας, στην οποία
παρενέβη και η κα Μαριτάνα Αλακιώτου Ανθοπούλου, μιλώντας εκ μέρους του
Επιμελητηρίου Δωδεκανήσου για την πιστοποίηση προϊόντων και εστιατορίων, αλλά
και υπηρεσιών μελλοντικά, με το ενιαίο Σήμα Aegean Cuisine. Επιπρόσθετα, πρότεινε
και την παρουσία ενός Σεφ από κάθε λιμάνι προορισμού εντός του κρουαζιερόπλοιου
για την προετοιμασία παραδοσιακών τοπικών πιάτων.
Στην Στρογγυλή Τράπεζα συμμετείχαν εκπρόσωποι δημόσιων φορέων και
εξειδικευμένοι άνθρωποι από τον τομέα της κρουαζιέρας. Συζητήθηκαν τρόποι και
πρακτικές προσέγγισης εταιρειών κρουαζιέρας αλλά και φορέων ώστε να προβλεφθούν
τυχόν προβλήματα που μπορεί να προκύψουν με τη διάθεση των προϊόντων στα
λιμάνια Ελλάδας και Κύπρου. Επιπλέον οι συμμετέχοντες αναφέρθηκαν και σε θέματα
σχετικά με την δυνατότητα προώθησης των τοπικών προϊόντων από τις εταιρείες, την
τυποποίηση και πιστοποίηση των προϊόντων, τις συμπράξεις παραγωγών για την
κάλυψη των τεράστιων αναγκών των κρουαζιερόπλοιων, τη διάθεση προϊόντων σε
επιβάτες αλλά και σε εταιρείες, καθώς και την προσέγγιση ξένων εταιρειών με
κατάλληλα μέτρα και κυρίως άριστη ποιότητα.
Ως σημαντικότερο θέμα όλων αναδείχθηκε η εμπορική προώθηση τοπικών
προϊόντων με βασικά στοιχεία αυτών την ποιότητα, την ποσότητα και φυσικά την τιμή
ενώ κλείνοντας την εκδήλωση, ο κ. Αλεξάκης συνόψισε τα συμπεράσματα που
προέκυψαν σχετικά με την πλατφόρμα «ΝΑΥΣ e-marketplace»:
