Ανακοίνωση εξέδωσε ο Σύνδεσμος Ιδιοκτητών Ταξί σε απάντηση ανακοίνωσης της εταιρείας. Στην ανακοίνωση που εκδόθηκε αναφέρονται τα εξής:
«Δημοσιεύματα εντυπωσιασμού και παραπλάνησης της κοινής γνώμης δεν θα ωφελήσουν πουθενά. Όσο και αν προσπαθούν οι μετρ του είδους όπως ο νόμιμος εκπρόσωπός σας, κος Μιχόπουλος, να «αγγελοποιήσουν» και να πλασάρουν την εικόνα της εταιρείας σας ως καινοτόμα και ωφέλιμη για την τοπική κοινωνία και τον τουρισμό, δυστυχώς δεν μας πείθετε. Δεν μας πείθετε όχι γιατί αυτό μας συμφέρει, αλλά γιατί είμαστε άνθρωποι σκεπτόμενοι και θέτουμε στον εαυτό μας ερωτήματα που ξεγυμνώνουν τους ισχυρισμούς σας. Τα επιχειρήματά σας, όπως προσφορά στην τοπική κοινωνία, καλύτερες υπηρεσίες στους τουρίστες που επισκέπτονται το νησί κ.τ.λ, καταρρίπτονται όλα παρακάτω. Όσο για τη νομιμότητα ως προς τη διαδικασία σύστασης της εταιρείας σας, δεν αμφέβαλε ποτέ κανείς, άλλωστε πολλοί άνοιξαν νομιμότατες εταιρείες σε ένα βράδυ μέσα, έκαναν την «αρπαχτή» τους και μετά εξαφανίστηκαν , τα παραδείγματα γύρω μας είναι πολλά και καθημερινά.
Δηλώνετε ότι:
- «Οι εταιρίες μας είναι νομίμως αδειοδοτημένες από το υπουργείο Μεταφορών και το υπουργείο Τουρισμού» – Δεν αμφιβάλουμε για αυτό. Τις άδειες ίσως και να τις έχετε. Δημοσιοποιήστε τις άδειες λοιπόν. Κυρίως αυτής της διαμεσολάβησης της Nations S.A. όσο και της Uber, την πλατφόρμα της οποίας χρησιμοποιείτε. Όσες άδειες και να πάρετε, δεν ανατρέπουν τον παράνομο τρόπο λειτουργίας σας.
- «Το ελάχιστο μίσθωμα για τις υπηρεσίες μας είναι τριάντα έξι ευρώ (36) ευρώ» – Έχουμε screenshot πελάτη όπου αναφέρεται εκτιμώμενη τιμή 22-30€. Μπορούμε να το δημοσιοποιήσουμε σύντομα.
- «Ο ελάχιστος χρόνος διαδρομής είναι τριάντα λεπτά (30) λεπτά» – Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν υπέπεσε στην αντίληψή μας κάποια παρανομία ως προς αυτή τη διάταξη του νόμου. Βέβαια ήταν Απρίλιος ακόμα και η ζήτηση για διαδρομές είναι χαμηλή. Αλλά εδώ, κάτι δεν μας αρέσει ως προς την προσφορά σας στην τοπική κοινωνία. Απαντήστε μας αν θα χρειαστεί να μεταφέρετε μια ηλικιωμένη από το νοσοκομείο σε μια συνοικία της Ρόδου, όπως κάνουμε εμείς καθημερινά, θα την κάνετε βόλτες μισή ώρα μέχρι να φτάσετε σπίτι της. Τότε, πολύ φοβόμαστε ότι επειδή στις γριούλες αρέσει η βόλτα και η συζήτηση μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο, θα σας προτιμάνε. Αλλά ξεχάσαμε, η γριούλα δεν μπορεί να πληρώσει μέσω της κάρτας της 36 ευρώ, οπότε δεν θα τη μεταφέρετε ποτέ. Κοινωνικό έργο βαφτίζετε εσείς τη συναλλαγή σας με τον τουρίστα, ο οποίος αποτελεί πελάτη σας και στο εξωτερικό, όταν έρχεστε στο νησί μας να του τα πάρετε ακόμα και στις διακοπές του ;
- «Τα αυτοκίνητά μας εκκινούν από τα πάρκινγκ των εταιρειών μας» – Απαντήστε μας, πότε αγοράσατε ή μισθώσατε το πάρκινγκ του Δημοσίου δίπλα από την πιάτσα μας στο Φαληράκι; Απαντήστε μας, τι έκανε αυτοκίνητό σας σταθμευμένο επί μία ώρα στην περιοχή του Ευαγγελισμού στο δημόσιο πάρκινγκ; Απαντήστε μας, γιατί είχατε τα αυτοκίνητα σταθμευμένα μέσα στη Νέα Μαρίνα και όταν σας στείλανε την αστυνομία φύγατε; Αν είχατε συμφωνητικό ενοικίασης χώρου με τη Νέα Μαρίνα, γιατί μόλις έστειλε η διοίκηση της Νέας Μαρίνας την αστυνομία τα μαζέψατε σε πέντε λεπτά μέσα και εξαφανιστήκατε. Όλα αυτά που αναφέρουμε μπορούμε να τα αποδείξουμε.
- «Με τη λήξη εκάστης διαδρομής, εκδίδονται άμεσα, αποστέλλονται στον πελάτη και αναρτώνται στο MyData τα κατά νόμο φορολογικά παραστατικά» – Έχουμε κράτηση από πελάτη ημεδαπό που χρησιμοποιεί της εφαρμογή σας και στο εξωτερικό και έκανε κράτηση από περιέργεια χωρίς να εμφανιστεί ποτέ. Η κίνηση – χρέωση στον τραπεζικό του λογαριασμό έγινε κανονικά από τη Nations S.A. αλλά Απόδειξη Παροχής Υπηρεσιών δεν έλαβε ποτέ. Περιπτώσεις εταιρειών που εμπλέκονται σε οικονομικά σκάνδαλα, έχουμε δει πολλά οπότε δεν πέφτουμε και από τα σύννεφα. Αν ξεχάσατε να εκδώσετε το παραστατικό, θα σας στείλουμε το extrait της κίνησης του πελάτη να το εκδώσετε, ίσως η ΑΑΔΕ να σας συγχωρέσει για αυτό το μικρό παράπτωμα . Αν βέβαια αυτό έχει συμβεί με επιπλέον τρεις πελάτες, τότε θα πρέπει να αναστείλουν τη λειτουργία σας. Αλλά εσείς είπατε λειτουργείτε νόμιμα, οπότε αποκλείεται να βρουν κάτι.
- «Όλες οι διαδρομές αναρτώνται στο ηλεκτρονικό μητρώο του υπουργείου Μεταφορών» – Σας προκαλούμε να δημοσιοποιήσετε τις συμβάσεις που αναρτήσατε στην πλατφόρμα μέχρι στιγμής και εμείς θα δωρίσουμε την αξία των συμβάσεων που έχετε αναρτήσει σε όποια φιλανθρωπική οργάνωση μας υποδείξετε.
- «Οι οδηγοί μας πληρούν όλα τα εκ του νόμου προβλεπόμενα προσόντα για τη θέση του οδηγού» – Έξω από το γραφείο του διοικητή της Τροχαίας, δύο αλλοδαποί οδηγοί σας παραδέχτηκαν μπροστά σε τρία μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Συνδέσμου μας ότι δεν έχουν πτυχία γλωσσομάθειας. Άραγε έχουν και απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή αντίστοιχης βαθμίδας από τη χώρα τους;
- «Η περίοδος λειτουργίας μας ξεκινά 01/04 και λήγει 31/10 εκάστου έτους όπως το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο ορίζει» – Ομολογείτε λοιπόν ό,τι είπαμε και παραπάνω. Ότι ήρθατε να εξυπηρετήσετε στο νησί μας τους πελάτες σας από το εξωτερικό, να πάρετε τα λεφτά τους πίσω στο εξωτερικό και να εξοντώσετε εμάς, αδιαφορώντας για την τοπική κοινωνία και αν θα εξυπηρετηθεί τους χειμερινούς μήνες.
Μας χαρακτηρίσατε εγκληματίες, συμμορία – εγκληματική οργάνωση ενώ είμαστε άνθρωποι οικογενειάρχες με σύννομο βίο. Στις τάξεις μας έχουμε νέα και μορφωμένα παιδιά που δεν βρήκαν την ευκαιρία να αξιοποιήσουν τις επαγγελματικές αρετές τους αλλού και κατέληξαν να οδηγούν το ταξί του πατέρα τους. Δηλώσατε ότι τα περιστατικά στη Βενέζη σας θύμισαν τα περιστατικά στη Μύκονο. Να σας υπενθυμίσουμε ότι από τη Μύκονο αρχίσατε να δραστηριοποιήστε εσείς, απλά εσείς δεν είστε διαπλεκόμενοι στην αυθαίρετη δόμηση αλλά στην παράνομη συγκοινωνία.
Το παιχνίδι των media και της παραπλάνησης της κοινής γνώμης, δεν θα σας ωφελήσει. Απαντήστε για όλα τα παραπάνω με επιχειρήματα.
Τελευταία ερώτηση. Αφού ενδιαφέρεστε όπως αναφέρετε για την τοπική και εγχώρια οικονομία γιατί στη μετοχική σας σύνθεση το 50% ανήκει σε κυπριακή εταιρεία ; Μην μας απαντήσετε, δεν απαγορεύεται γιατί το γνωρίζουμε ήδη.
Είστε ψεύτες κατ’ εξακολούθηση και επικίνδυνοι.
