Πραγματοποιήθηκαν στην Αθήνα οι Πανελλήνιοι αγώνες τζούντο βετεράνων . Από τον σύλλογο της Φλόγας έλαβαν μέρος ο δάσκαλος της σχολής περιφερειακός εθνικός προπονητής και μέλος της επιτροπής ιεραρχίας Dan της Ελληνικής ομοσπονδίας τζούντο Μιχάλης Χατζηνικολάου κάτοχος μαύρης ζώνης κάτοχος μαύρης ζώνης 5 dan ο οποίος συμμετείχε στην κατηγορία Μ6-90 κιλά . Επειδή δεν υπήρχαν επαρκείς συμμετοχές αγωνισθηκε στην κατηγορία Μ 6 = 100 κιλα και κατέκτησε το χρυσό μετάλλιο. Στους αγώνες συμμετείχε και ο Κώστας Ευσταθίου ο οποίος κατέκτησε το χάλκινο μετάλλιο στην κατηγορία Μ3 -81 κιλά. Κάτοχος μαύρης ζώνης 3 dan.
