Το Κέντρο Αποθεραπείας Φυσικής και Κοινωνικής Αποκατάστασης Ρόδου (Ίδρυμα
Κολυμπίων) επισκέφθηκε ο υποψήφιος βουλευτής Δωδεκανήσου του ΠΑΣΟΚ- ΚΙΝΑΛ,
Παναγιώτης Κουνάκης, στο πλαίσιο των επισκέψεων που πραγματοποιεί για την
καταγραφή και ανάδειξη των προβλημάτων κοινωνικών δομών της Δωδεκανήσου.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης που είχε ο κ. Κουνάκης με εργαζόμενους, ενημερώθηκε
διεξοδικά για τα ζητήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν με αποτέλεσμα αυτά να δυσχεραίνουν την
εύρυθμη λειτουργία της δομής
Οι κενές θέσεις σε προσωπικό αποτελούν ένα από τα βασικότερα προβλήματα, που θα
πρέπει να επιλυθούν, προκειμένου να στελεχωθεί επαρκώς η δομή και να καλυφθούν οι
ανάγκες των τροφίμων. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά έγινε στους εργαζόμενους που προσλήφθηκαν
με συμβάσεις κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας και στην καταβολή των δεδουλευμένων τους
που πραγματοποιείται μέσω ΕΣΠΑ και σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις η καθυστέρηση αγγίζει
έως και τους δύο μήνες.
Επιπρόσθετα, έγινε αναφορά στην υποχρηματοδότηση από το κεντρικό κράτος που
δυσχεραίνει το έργο όσων εργάζονται στις δομές. Σημαντικό πρόβλημα δημιουργούν και τα
κτηριακά ζητήματα που αντιμετωπίζει το Ίδρυμα Κολυμπίων.
Το ανάλγητο κοινωνικό κράτος του κ. Μητσοτάκη, αφήνει στο έλεος της γραφειοκρατίας
και της αδιαφορίας τους εργαζόμενους. Η καθυστέρηση ενός και δύο μηνών στην
καταβολή των δεδουλευμένων τους είναι ενδεικτική της αδιαφορίας της κυβέρνησης για
τους ανθρώπους που υπηρετούν σε ευαίσθητες κοινωνικές δομές οι οποίοι παρά τις
δύσκολες συνθήκες εργασίας ανταποκρίνονται με αυταπάρνηση στα καθήκοντά τους. Η
κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη έχει πάντα για τα περιττά και ποτέ για τα απαραίτητα. " τόνισε
χαρακτηριστικά ο υποψήφιος βουλευτής και κάλεσε την κυβέρνηση να δώσει άμεση λύση
στο πρόβλημα, ανεξαρτήτως της προεκλογικής περιόδου που βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη καθώς
τα προβλήματα δεν πρόκειται να επιλυθούν μόνα τους και οι εργαζόμενοι δεν μπορούν να
περιμένουν να ολοκληρωθούν οι προεκλογικές φιέστες της νεοφιλελεύθερης κυβέρνησης.
