O Χατζηνικολάου Μιχαήλ είναι ο προπονητής του αθλητικού προοδευτικού συλλόγου Φλόγα Ρόδου στο άθλημα του τζούντο. Πρόσφατα κέρδισε την πρώτη θέση στο πανελλήνιο πρωτάθλημα στην ηλικιακή κατηγορία Μ6 55εως 59 ετών στα 90κιλά. Αυτό του έδωσε την πρόκριση για το ευρωπαϊκό πρωτάθλημα που θα γίνει στο Ηράκλειο της Κρήτης στο κλειστό γυμναστήριο τα δύο Αοράκια από 2 έως 6 Ιουνίου.
Σε αυτό το ευρωπαϊκό γεγονός θα λάβει μέρος με την συμπαράσταση και την υποστήριξη του αντίπεριφερειάρχη κ. Κάλλιστου Διακογεωργίου και την Βοήθεια της μικροβιολόγου κ. Καβάδα Ειρήνη και της επιχείρησης COBEL AEBEE ΤΟΥ κ. Θωμάτου Κωνσταντίνου.
