Είμαστε ΠΑΕ που συμμετέχουμε στο Πρωτάθλημα της Super League 2.
Ως ΠΑΕ, τηρούμε όλα τα ενδεδειγμένα μέτρα προστασίας που επιβάλλονται από
το κράτος και μέχρι τώρα έχουμε υποβληθεί άπαντες – ποδοσφαιριστές, τεχνικό
προσωπικό, εργαζόμενοι – σε τέσσερα μοριακά τεστ για τον COVID-19.
Γνωρίζουμε πολύ καλά ότι έχουν γίνει συνεχόμενες επαφές μεταξύ της ΕΠΟ, του
Προέδρου της Διοργανώτριας Αρχής κ. Λεουτσάκου με τους αρμόδιους φορείς,
προκειμένου να ξεκινήσει και το πρωτάθλημα της Super League 2, δεδομένου ότι
είμαστε η αναπόσπαστη σύνδεση με την Super League 1, της οποίας το
πρωτάθλημα διεξάγεται κανονικά.
Εμείς, αντιθέτως, έχουμε καθηλωθεί σε πλήρη αδράνεια και απραξία, με τα
έσοδά μας στο ναδίρ, ενώ οι υποχρεώσεις εξακολουθούν να τρέχουν. Πέρα από
τις αναστολές των ποδοσφαιριστών, τρέχουν παράλληλα έξοδα ενοικίων, σίτισης,
οδοιπορικών κλπ.
Επικροτούμε και συγχαίρουμε την πρωτοβουλία και την μαχητικότητα του
Προέδρου της Super League 2 κ. Λεουτσάκου και των εκπροσώπων της ΕΠΟ.
Παράλληλα όμως, αδυνατούμε να κατανοήσουμε πώς οι καθ’ ύλην αρμόδιοι
πολιτειακοί παράγοντες, δεν έχουν αφουγκραστεί την ανάγκη αυτή. Ως φαίνεται
δεν έχει δοθεί η απαιτούμενη βάση και έμφαση στην αναγκαιότητα έναρξης της
αθλητικής δραστηριότητας.
Επισημαίνουμε ότι σε όλες τις Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες διεξάγονται κανονικά τα
πρωταθλήματα μέχρι και την τέταρτη κατηγορία. Είναι δε αδιανόητο να μην έχει
ξεκινήσει ακόμα το δεύτερη τη τάξει πρωτάθλημα της χώρας, σε ένα άθλημα που
χαίρει της συντριπτικής αποδοχής των φιλάθλων.
