πραγματοποίησε τα εγκαίνια του Εκλογικού του Κέντρου, ο υποψήφιος
Βουλευτής Δωδεκανήσου της ΝΔ Βασίλης Α. Υψηλάντης ,επί της οδού
Αρτεμισίας 50 στην Κω.
Ο Βασίλης Υψηλάντης συγκινημένος μίλησε για το πρόγραμμά του σε όλους
τους τομείς που αφορούν τις πραγματικές ανάγκες των νησιωτών και
ευχαρίστησε τους πολίτες της Κω για την στήριξή τους όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, ενώ
δεσμεύτηκε ότι θα παλέψει και τη νέα τετραετία για να δοθούν λύσεις στα
προβλήματα τόσο της Κω όσο και των υπόλοιπων νησιών.
Αναφορικά με τις πρωτοβουλίες και τις παρεμβάσεις που ο ίδιος έκανε και
αφορούν την Κω, επισήμανε την άριστη συνεργασία με τον πρόεδρο της ΔΕΥΑ
Κω και τα μεγάλα έργα της ΔΕΥΑΚ που χρηματοδοτήθηκαν (5,4εκατ.ευρώ) και
βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη, σχετικά με την ποιότητα υδροδότησης νερού, στο
τρίγωνο Κεφάλου – Καρδάμαινας – Αντιμάχειας και τη μελέτη κατασκευής του
φράγματος στον ΜΙΑ ποταμό. Επίσης αναφέρθηκε στην δέσμευση που έδωσε
στους πολίτες της Κω ο πρωθυπουργός της χώρας Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης για το
νέο νοσοκομείο και το οποίο θα υλοποιηθεί, όπως τόνισε χαρακτηριστικά καθώς
και στο όραμά του για τη δημιουργία ενός διεθνούς ιατρικού φόρουμ στο νησί
του Ιπποκράτη.
Ο Βασίλης Υψηλάντης σημείωσε ότι με πρωτοβουλία του για πρώτη φορά
υλοποιήθηκε στο νησί της Κω μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα σπουδών κάτι για το
οποίο νοιώθει υπερήφανος.
Κλείνοντας, ο υπ. Βουλευτής , δήλωσε αισιόδοξος για την αυτοδυναμία της ΝΔ,
ενώ τόνισε πως η Κως στέλνει μήνυμα νίκης της ΝΔ και στον ίδιο τη δύναμη να
εκλεγεί ξανά στη θέση του Βουλευτή για να εκπροσωπήσει το Δωδεκανησιακό
λαό στη Βουλή των Ελλήνων.
