ΔΙΑΓΟΡA Μιχαήλ Ευστρατίου συναντήθηκε ο υποψήφιος βουλευτής ΠΑΣΟΚ- ΚΙΝΑΛ,
Παναγιώτης Κουνάκης.
Κατά τη διάρκεια των επαφών συζητήθηκε το θέμα που έχει προκύψει με τη
δραστηριοποίηση της εταιρείας Uber στην περιοχή μας. Όλες οι πλευρές καταδίκασαν τις
πράξεις βίας που εκτυλίχθηκαν στις εγκαταστάσεις της πολυεθνικής εταιρείας,
αναφέροντας πως τέτοια μεμονωμένα περιστατικά αμαυρώνουν την εικόνα των
επαγγελματιών στο νησί.
Όπως επισημάνθηκε από τους ιδιοκτήτες ταξί σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία,
επιτρέπεται σε τουριστικά γραφεία, σε γραφεία ενοικιάσεως αυτοκινήτων και σε εταιρείες
ή συνεταιρισμούς ΕΔΧ αυτοκινήτων να εκμισθώνουν αυτοκίνητα με οδηγό. Απαιτείται,
ωστόσο, τα οχήματα που χρησιμοποιούνται για τον σκοπό αυτόν, να εκμισθώνονται μέσω
προκρατήσεων, η μίσθωση πρέπει να έχει γίνει για την περίοδο από τον μήνα Μάρτιο έως
και τον μήνα Οκτώβριο και η ελάχιστη διάρκεια να είναι τουλάχιστον για 30 λεπτά, ενώ το
ελάχιστο τίμημα θα πρέπει να ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 36,00 ευρώ. Παράλληλα, τονίστηκε
ότι οποιαδήποτε εκμίσθωση αυτοκινήτου με οδηγό, η οποία πραγματοποιείται κατά
παράβαση των παραπάνω προϋποθέσεων είναι παράνομη.
"Προκαλώ τους τέσσερις βουλευτές της Ν.Δ. στην περιοχή μας να πάρουν ανοιχτά θέση για
το θέμα και να συνυπογράψουν μια ενιαία πρόταση προκειμένου να τηρηθεί η νομιμότητα
" δήλωσε ο Παναγιώτης Κουνάκης. Ο υποψήφιος βουλευτής καυτηρίασε την πολιτική που
ακολουθεί η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη, η οποία καθιστά σαφές ότι στηρίζει τα συμφέροντα
των μεγάλων εταιρειών, στραγγαλίζοντας τους μικρομεσαίους επιχειρηματίες και τους
αυτοαπασχολούμενους.
