Το γεγονός πως περίμεναν 3 ολόκληρες ώρες για να ψηφίσουν, αποδεικνύει τη μεγάλη τους αγάπη για την ομάδα και το χωριό μας. Επίσης, ευχαριστώ τους δεκάδες Απολλωνιάτες που διένυσαν 100 χιλιόμετρα για να ψηφίσουν.
Η προσέλευση του κόσμου ήταν εντυπωσιακή, δεν έχει ξανασυμβεί κάτι αντίστοιχο. Και θα μπορούσε να ήταν ακόμα μεγαλύτερη. Το ενδιαφέρον ήταν τεράστιο αλλά δεν κατάφεραν όλοι να έρθουν.
Το πλάνο μου ως πρόεδρος εδώ και μια πενταετία είναι σταθερό και έτσι θα συνεχίσω. Θέλω η νεολαία του χωριού μας να αθλείται. Να βελτιωθούν οι αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και να φτιάξουμε επιτέλους ιατρείο και γραφεία για την ομάδα, που δεν έχει από το 1990. Όλα αυτά φυσικά με τη βοήθεια του Περιφερειάρχη Γιώργου Χατζημάρκου ο οποίος στέκεται πάντα αρωγός στην προσπάθεια μας.
Ευχαριστώ όλους τους παλιούς συνεργάτες μου και είμαι σίγουρος ότι με τους νέους συνεργάτες αλλά και τους εθελοντές που είναι πάρα πολλοί, θα φτιάξουμε κάτι πολύ καλό.
