κλάδου, όπως είναι αυτός των ΤΑΞΙ. Η νομοθεσία που ισχύει στη χώρα μας μπορεί
να επιτρέπει σε μεταφορικούς φορείς εκμίσθωση στο πελατειακό κοινό ΕΙΧ
αυτοκίνητα με οδηγό, ωστόσο, μόνον υπό αυστηρούς όρους και προϋποθέσεις, οι
κυριότερες των οποίων είναι να έχει προηγηθεί προκράτηση, να έχει η μίσθωση
ελάχιστη διάρκεια τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτών για τους μήνες Απρίλιο έως Οκτώβριο και
να ανέρχεται το ελάχιστο μίσθωμα σε 36,00 Ευρώ. Οτιδήποτε άλλο απαγορεύεται
και ανταγωνίζεται αθέμιτα τα ΕΔΧ αυτοκίνητα ΤΑΞΙ.
Δεν επιτρέπεται επομένως νομικά να δραστηριοποιούνται στην περιοχή μας
επιχειρήσεις που μισθώνουν ΕΙΧ αυτοκίνητα και στη συνέχεια τα χρησιμοποιούν ως
ΤΑΞΙ, προσφέροντας μεταφορικές υπηρεσίες δίχως προκράτηση, δίχως να τηρούν το
τριαντάλεπτο και δίχως να εισπράττουν το ελάχιστο μίσθωμα των 36,00 Ευρώ και
δίχως οι οδηγοί να πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις του νόμου.
Κυρίως όμως είναι οικονομικά, πολιτικά και ηθικά ανεπίτρεπτο να ανεχθούμε τη
δραστηριοποίηση επιχειρήσεων, οι οποίες προσπαθούν, δραστηριοποιούμενες
μόνον εποχικά, κατά τους πλούσιους σε οικονομική δραστηριότητα καλοκαιρινούς
μήνες, να αποσπάσουν μερίδιο της αγοράς των οδικών μεταφορών προσώπων,
στερώντας έσοδα από έναν επαγγελματικό κλάδο, ο οποίος δραστηριοποιείται και
προσφέρει μόνιμα στον τομέα των μεταφορών, έχοντας μάλιστα επενδύσει
πολλαπλάσια κεφάλαια για να αποκτήσει το δικαίωμα αυτό, όπως είναι ο κλάδος
των ΕΔΧ αυτοκινήτων ΤΑΞΙ.
Από την πρώτη στιγμή στάθηκα στο πλευρό των επαγγελματιών του κλάδου των
ΤΑΞΙ, προωθώντας τα δίκαια αιτήματά τους στο Υπουργείο Μεταφορών &
Υποδομών. Με συντονισμένες ενέργειες ήδη καταφέραμε πολλά και συνεχίζουμε
την μαζική προσπάθειά μας.
Ήδη έχω ζητήσει μετ’ επιτάσεως από τις αρμόδιες αρχές, την εντατικοποίηση των
ελέγχων ώστε να αποφεύγονται πρακτικές παραβίασης του νόμου και αθέμιτου
ανταγωνισμού.
Καλούνται επομένως όλοι οι συναρμόδιοι φορείς να πατάξουν οποιαδήποτε
παραβίαση του νόμου που ρυθμίζει τη μεταφορά προσώπων μέσω ΕΙΧ αυτοκινήτων
με οδηγό, επιβάλλοντας όλες τις νόμιμες κυρώσεις στους παραβάτες και, κυρίως,
να αποτρέψουν κάθε προσπάθεια καταστρατήγησης του ισχύοντος θεσμικού
πλαισίου.
