Φαίνεται οτι ξεκίνησε ο σχεδιασμός για τη νέα χρονιά στην ομάδα της Ρόδου. Και φυσικά ξεκινάς από την θέση του προπονητή. Σε αυτο το πλαίσιο ξεκίνησαν οι διερευνητικές συζητήσεις. Βράδυ Κυριακής ο πρόέδρος Τώνης Μαρτίνης είχε συνάντηση σε γνωστό καφέ της πόλης με τον Δημήτρη Χρυσόπουλο που αποχώρησε από την ομαδα του ΑΟ Πυλίου. Ο Χρυσόπουλος είχε σημαντική εμπειρία από την Γ εθνική κατηγορία τα προηγούμενα τρία χρόνια και είχε και πολύ καλή φιλία με τον πρόεδρο της Ρόδου. Προφανώς αυτή η φιλία εξελίχθηκε σε συζήτηση για το μέλλον των δυο πλευρών χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι προχώρησε η ομάδα σε συμφωνία με τον Χρυσόπουλο. Σίγουρα ήταν μια διερευνητική συνάντηση σε πολύ καλό κλίμα όπου αρχικά συζητήθηκαν θέματα που άπτονται στο μέλλον της Ρόδου ενω ο πρόεδρος άκουσε τις σκέψεις του πρώην τεχνικού του Πυλίου. Οι συναντήσεις θα συνεχιστούν και φαίνεται ότι η Ρόδος ψάχνει να βρει τον αντικαταστάτη στον πάγκο του Μανούσου Σκύβαλου ο οποίος επισήμως δεν αποτελεί παρελθόν αλλά ουσιαστικά είναι ήδη. Ο Χρυσόπουλος θεωρείται από τους εξελίξιμους προπονητές στον χώρο και αν τελικά η Ρόδος προχωρήσει σε συμφωνία μαζί του , αυτό θα σημαίνει μια νέα φιλοσοφία μαζί του με προοπτική θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε για το μέλλον . ίδωμεν
