Στην συνέχεια δημιουργήθηκε επιτροπή μεταγραφών η οποία αποτελείται από τον πρώην πρόεδρο Μανόλη Βαρέλλη , τον προπονητή Γιώργο Δημητριάδη , δυο παλάιμαχους ποδοσφαιριστές τον Στέργο Λαμπριανό και τον Ιάκωβο Θωμά οι οποιοί θα δουλέψουν πάνω στο νέο πλάνο που έχει θέσει η νέα διοίκηση του Τα. Δέμελου.

Ανέλαβαν την εξουσιοδότηση να μιλήσουν με όλους όσους ανήκουν στο έμψυχο δυναμικό του Άρη και ταυτόχρονα να προχωρήσουν στις απαραίτητες μεταγραφές βάση της έκθεσης του προπονητή . Οι αρμοδιότητές τους θα είναι και σε όλο το κομμάτι το αγωνιστικό .
