Επιβεβαιωθήκαμε στο ακέραιο σήμερα μετά την είδηση απομάκρυνσης σε φιλικό κλίμα του προπονητή Σωτήρη Αντωνίου. Η χθεσινοβραδινή συνάντηση με ποδοσφαιριστές ήταν η αιτία που τελικά αποφάσισε η διοίκηση να αλλάξει τεχνικό και με αυτό τον τρόπο να κάνει μια επιβεβλημένη αλλαγή. Ο πρώην πλέον τεχνικός της Ρόδου στον πάγκο κάθισε 16 παιχνίδια και είχε 5 νίκες 4 ισοπαλίες και 7 ήττες. Σίγουρα ο απολογισμός δείχνει οτι με βάση τον σχεδιασμό του δεν τα κατάφερε να πραγματοποιήσει τον αρχικό στόχο που είχε θέση ο ίδιος που ήταν η άνοδος στην μεγάλη κατηγορία . Είχαμε γράψει από καιρό ότι η ομάδα ήθελε άμεση αλλαγή προπονητή μιας και τα αποτελέσματα αλλά και γενικότερα η διαχείριση του υλικού ήταν ιδιαίτερα προβληματική. Έστω και με καθυστέρηση η διοίκηση έπραξε αυτό που έπρεπε.

Κ-17 και Κ-20 του ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα, στον ΑΟ Τυμπακίου, τους Νέους του
Εργοτέλη, τον Πλατανιά Χανίων, την Καλλιθέα, την Λάρισα (Super League) και τον Ηρόδοτο. Με τον Πλατανιά βρέθηκε μια ανάσα από την Σουπερ Λιγκα στους αγώνες μπαράζ , όπου είχε ηττηθεί από την ομάδα του ΟΦΗ.
