Διαβάσαμε με πραγματικά μεγάλη απορία μια δήλωση του Τώνη Μαρτίνη στο σαιτ proodos.com.gr ότι δεν έφυγε ποτέ από την ΠΑΕ Ρόδος.
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχει δίκιο , διότι ποτέ δεν ήταν μέσα στην ΠΑΕ. Σύμφωνα μάλιστα με δήλωση του μέχρι πρότινος νομικού της συμβούλου κ. Χάρη Γρηγορίου ο συγκεκριμένος δεν ήταν ποτέ στην ΠΑΕ Ρόδος μιας και όπως αποδεικνύεται από το ΓΕΜΗ δεν υπάρχει πουθενά στα χαρτιά του.
Αυτό μαλίστα επικαλέστηκε ο κ. Γρηγορίου σε εκδίκαση που πραγματοποιήθηκε πριν μερικές εβδομάδες για γεγονότα που συνέβησαν με τον Παναθηναικό Β, όταν παράνομα εισήλθε στον αγωνιστικό χώρο και προπηλάκισε λεκτικά παράγοντες του Παναθηναϊκού. Η υπερασπιστική γραμμή του νομικού συμβούλου ήταν οτι κ. Μαρτίνης δεν είναι μέλος του διοικητικού συμβουλίου της ποδοσφαιρικής ανώνυμης εταιρίας Ρόδος και για αυτό τον λόγο έπρεπε να τιμωρηθεί σαν φίλαθλος και όχι η ΠΑΕ. Τελικά τιμωρήθηκε με απαγόρευση εισόδου στους αγωνιστικούς χώρους για 20 ημερολογιακές ημέρες. Από όλα αυτά βγαίνει το συμπέρασμα ότι όντως δεν υφίσταται στην ΠΑΕ Ρόδος , οπότε λογικόν είναι να μην έχει φύγει ποτέ από αυτήν.
